Refund & Return Policy

At SaluteMahPretty, all wigs and press-on nail sets are custom-made and handcrafted specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

❌ Returns & Refunds

• No returns or refunds are accepted once an order is placed.

• This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Incorrect sizing provided by the customer

  • Color variations due to lighting, screens, or skin tone

  • Change of mind after purchase

⏳ Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 5 hours of placement.

• After 5 hours, orders enter production and cannot be canceled.
